Shipping / Return Policy/ Legal Liabililty
KNS has tried to be fair on pricing for shipping , we often times had shipped without using tracking options to keep the cost down, however due to a couple less than cooperative individuals we have decided to only provide tracked shipping and this will mean we have had to increase our shipping rates, we hope you understand. Please note that all returns are subject to approval within 30 days. We do not accept returns or CANCELLATION OF ORDERS on buyers remorse or if you decide to go another route on your build , a restocking fee of 20% will be applied if we do agree to accept returns or CANCEL ORDERS (we spend time processing orders and we should be compensated for this time) and shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer unless it is determined that the fault is borne by KNS Customs, we will then reimburse the buyer . All refunds will not be completed until the part is returned and inspected for damages.
All parts sold by KNS customs are considered aftermarket and the buyer shall not hold KNS customs responsible for Injury or Damage , and by purchasing the parts you release any liability related to Injury or Damage to your motorcycle and other vehicles, yourself and others that may occur by using our products. this release includes all financial and legal responsibilities you may incurr. this also means that you understand the risks involved with riding a modified motorcycle.
